• Must be 18 years or older to register
• Must be an Indian citizen with valid ID documents
• One account per person based on Aadhar number
• Must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Report any unauthorized access immediately
• Keep your profile information up to date

• Each member receives 1 Track ID upon joining
• Each Track ID consists of 20 cycles
• Each cycle contains 19 mini cycles
• Each mini cycle has 4 levels of referral depth
• Commission rates are based on your current level and cycle progress

• Earned commissions are credited to your wallet
• Wallet balance can ONLY be used for product purchases
• No cash withdrawals are permitted
• Commission balance cannot be transferred to other users
• Wallet balance has no expiry date

• All prices are in INR and include applicable GST
• Payment can be made via wallet balance or other methods
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

• All sales are final - no refunds will be issued
• No product returns are accepted under any circumstances
• Please verify your order before confirming purchase
• Digital and physical products are non-refundable

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using fake or stolen identity documents
• Spamming or misleading recruitment practices
• Any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempting to exploit the commission system

EMVE Agencies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Pending commissions and wallet balance will be forfeited
• Access to the platform will be permanently revoked
• Downstream members will be reassigned to the upline sponsor

We collect and process personal data including:

• Identity documents for KYC verification
• Contact information for communication
• Transaction history for commission calculations
• Device information for security purposes

Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

EMVE Agencies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
